FT Island’s Lee Hongki to perform with legendary rock band Sinawe

FT Island’s frontman Lee Hongki will be collaborating with legendary Korean rock band Sinawe.

The ‘DMZ Peace Concert: K-ROCK in Harmony’ will be held on August 14 at Korea’s Imjingak Pyeonghoa Nuri Park to celebrate Korea’s Independence Day and the 60th anniversary since the establishment of DMZ in 1953.

During the concert, Lee Hongki will join Sinawe on stage to perform together the rock band’s hit track “Turn up the Radio”. FT Island will also perform their songs “I Hope” and “I Wish.”

Also, Lee Hongki will be the MC of the concert alongside After School’s UEE. Other artists who will also perform includes B2ST, A Pink, Sweet Sorrow, Daybreak, YB and Deli Spice. The concert will be broadcast in MBC on August 15.

FT Island's Hongki Shares FNC Family Photo!

FT Island's Lee Hongki shared a photo of FT Island with CNBLUE on his official Twitter account. Hongki excitedly uploade the photo with a caption "FNC family summer sonic in Tokyo!!! Good job!!! Well… my pants got torn and my underpants was showed, but that’s live kkkk (hehehe) :-) We’ll liven up Osaka tomorrow!!" expressing how happy he was.

The photo was taken during Summer Sonic in Tokyo, Japan. Members of FT Island and CNBLUE showed their closeness by posing similarly and their hands wrapped around each other's shoulder.

Lee Hongki shares a group photo of FT Island and CNBlue on his twitter account. On August 10, he wrote,

"Fnc familly summer sonic in tokyo!!! Well done!!! What... my pants got ripped and my underwear was shown but it was live kkkk :-) Tomorrow we will brighten up Osaka!!"

In the photo, the cool guys are still wearing their family shirt and obviously sweating from their successful performances.
